Welcome to the City of Stamford’s online Parking Permit portal!

Please use this site to apply and purchase parking permits in Stamford. 

If you do not have an account, you will need to register and create an account first. Click the Register button at the top of this screen to create an account. Once you create an account, you can apply for your permits online. 

You will be prompted to collect all of the information required for the permit application, including any documents you may have to upload. Once approved, you must log back into your account and purchase your permit. Permit costs include a sales tax of 6.35%.

There is a $3.50 service fee for all credit card transactions. 

Permits are not prorated. For garage permits they are for each month.

Downtown Corporation Employee Permit: Employee must use employee email address to register and apply for a Downtown Corporation Employee Permit.

At the Bedford & Bell Street garages, permit holders must park on floors 3 and above, and at the Summer Street (Place) Garage permit holders must park on floors 4 and above. Failure to do so will result in a citiation.
